Our premium coffee beans are sourced from Dapper and Wise Coffee Roasters in Hillsboro, Oregon, where they take great care to select beans from small, organic farms that prioritize fair labor practices. For our tea selection, we partner with Metolius Tea Company, which offers a range of well-sourced and organic options. Our syrups and sauces are crafted by hand in Bend, Oregon, while our almond and oat milks come from NuMilk, a brand that prioritizes clean, organic ingredients and minimal additives. To complete our offerings, we also make our whipped cream in house and create an exceptional espresso whip.
